"VIXEN V" is a 1982 fin keel Cobra 850 fitted with a 15hp Yanmar diesel engine with top end rebuild 2004/5. She is sloop rig with new standing rigging in 2001/2, and comes with 7 sails. Teak and Mahogany interior joinery with accommodation for 5 in 2 cabins.
She was finished to a high standard in 1982 and was purchased from her original owner by us in 1992. Since then we have had many excellent cruises with her from afternoon trips to the beach to 140N miles cross channel passages in, on occasions, up to gale force conditions. She has never given us cause for concern the adage “the crew will give up before the boat being very true in the case of VIXEN. We have maintained and updated items as required and are offering her for sale only because we are moving to a larger live-aboard yacht
